Our brooms and brushes are specially designed for vehicle use and are scratch free.

Sponges are used when brooms and brushes are unsuitable. If a driver requests a “sponge wash” an additional fee will be charged.

WARNING:

It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure buckles are tight and secure, as well as anything that can be caught by the brushes(EG: rear door controls, aerials etc) before entering the automated tunnel or damage may result.

Cab: All external painted surfaces including rear of cab, external glass, wheels and guards are scrubbed using brooms, brushes and sponges. Chassis are cleaned by pressure gun, if chassis rails are exposed and a feature of the trailer they will be broomed. Rear doors and middle of B-doubles doors are scrubbed using a long broom. Light clusters and warning signs will get special attention. If a driver requests behind buckles are broomed, the driver is to undo the buckle and is responsible for their security.

Tippers: Bins may be raised to allow chassis to be broomed easily and prevent “shadow”.
